Child Safety Standards

Hucodile's standards for preventing child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Hucodile strictly prohibits content, behavior, communication, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or facilitates harm to children.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Sexual exploitation of minors

Grooming or solicitation of minors

Sexualized content involving minors

Requests for, distribution of, or links to CSAM

Attempts to facilitate sexual contact with minors

Threats, coercion, trafficking, or exploitation involving children

Content or accounts violating these standards may be removed or disabled immediately.

Reporting child safety concerns

Users can report potentially harmful content, accounts, messages, or activity through Hucodile's available reporting and support mechanisms.

Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation receive priority review.

Where an in-app reporting control is available, users should use the Report option associated with the relevant content or account.

Users may also contact Hucodile directly regarding child safety concerns.

Review and enforcement

Hucodile may review reported content and associated account activity when necessary to investigate potential violations.

Depending on the severity of a violation, enforcement may include:

Removal of content

Restriction of visibility

Suspension of features

Account suspension

Permanent account deletion

Preservation of information when legally required

Escalation to relevant authorities where required by applicable law

CSAM

Hucodile prohibits the creation, upload, storage, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material.

When Hucodile becomes aware of apparent CSAM, we may remove or restrict access to the material, preserve relevant information where legally required, suspend associated accounts, and make reports to relevant authorities or organizations where required by applicable law.
