Review status

This is a good-faith draft describing Hucodile's actual current practices, published so every policy is accessible before launch. It is written to be accurate, not just present -- but it has not yet been reviewed by outside legal counsel for any specific jurisdiction. Material changes will be published as a new version under Policy Rights below.

The one-line version

Hucodile exists to represent real human dimensionality honestly. Content and behavior that undermines that -- for yourself or anyone else -- is not welcome here.

Not allowed

Impersonating a real person without clear, visible disclosure that a page is a tribute, fan project or otherwise not operated by that person.

Harassment, threats, or unwanted repeated contact directed at another user.

Non-consensual intimate media, or any content involving a minor in a sexualized context.

Content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.

Coordinated spam, fake engagement, or scraping other users' content to build a competing product.

Hateful conduct targeting a person or group based on a protected characteristic.

Curated and public-figure pages

Where Hucodile publishes a curated demonstration HumanPage for a historical or public figure, it is always labeled with its source, contributor, last-updated date and a clear non-endorsement notice. It never implies that person used or endorsed Hucodile.

Reporting a violation

Use the Report action on the relevant HumanPage, card, message or user, or see the Safety policy for the full reporting and appeals process.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal depending on severity. Actions that materially affect your account include a path to appeal -- see the Safety policy.
