Review status

This is a good-faith draft describing Hucodile's actual current practices, published so every policy is accessible before launch. It is written to be accurate, not just present -- but it has not yet been reviewed by outside legal counsel for any specific jurisdiction. Material changes will be published as a new version under Policy Rights below.

What Hucodile is

Hucodile is a Human Identity Ecosystem: a place to build a "HumanPage" made of dimensions -- work, ideas, places, relationships, music and more -- that you author and control. It is not a résumé site, a social feed, or an engagement platform, and we design it deliberately not to become one.

Your account

You must provide accurate signup information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to create an account.

You choose your own username and control what appears on your HumanPage. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from Settings; see the Data Rights policy for exactly what deletion does.

Your content

You own what you author on Hucodile -- your cards, words, media and any other content you create. By publishing content with a visibility setting other than private, you grant Hucodile a limited license to store, host and display it to the audience you chose, for as long as it remains published.

You are responsible for the content you publish, including that you have the rights to any media you upload and that it does not violate the Community Guidelines.

Acceptable use

You agree not to impersonate another real person without clear disclosure, upload content you do not have rights to, harass or endanger other users, attempt to bypass access controls or privacy settings, or use Hucodile to build a competing product from data you did not author.

Service availability

Hucodile is provided "as is" during this pre-launch and early-launch period. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will give notice before any change that materially reduces what a published policy promises, where practical.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. A new version replaces the prior one on its effective date and is archived, not deleted -- see the Data Rights policy for how to see policy history that applied to you.
