Data Rights

How to see, export and delete your data on Hucodile, and what each action actually does.

Version 2026-08-17 · Effective August 17, 2026

Review status

This is a good-faith draft describing Hucodile's actual current practices, published so every policy is accessible before launch. It is written to be accurate, not just present -- but it has not yet been reviewed by outside legal counsel for any specific jurisdiction. Material changes will be published as a new version under Policy Rights below.

Where to exercise these rights

Settings → Privacy & Data Center is the self-service surface for everything below. This policy explains what each control does; it is not a substitute for using them.

Right to access

You can see what categories of data Hucodile holds about you, where it comes from, and its current visibility, directly in the Privacy & Data Center.

Right to export

You can download a machine-readable copy (JSON) of your authored content and account data at any time. Exports include a manifest, timestamp and schema-version marker so the file is self-describing.

Right to deletion

You can request deletion of your account and its data. Deletion has a scope (what is removed), retention exceptions (what we must keep briefly for legal/safety reasons), and produces a deletion reference so you have evidence the request was made and completed.

Right to withdraw consent

Analytics and marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time from "Manage cookies" or Settings → Privacy, with immediate effect on future collection.

Policy history

Every policy on this site carries a version and effective date. When you accept Terms/Privacy at signup, the exact version you accepted is recorded and never silently rewritten.

Contact

If a control in the Privacy & Data Center does not work as described here, contact dpcheraghi16@gmail.com -- this is treated as a defect, not a request queue.
